Hi I have a voucher but now tv will not complete the apply voucher form. please advise.

Do you currently have any discounts applied to your pass?
For a voucher to be applied the pass must not have an activate discount.

I cancelled movies a while back, and now wish to apply a voucher from currys just tried again no luck ? even tried to buy movies but the same thing keeps happening I can get as far as putting in my pin press start and go back to the page top, scroll down press start again and go round and round, extremely annoying if any one can help it would be nice.

Have you tried other browsers? As I am aware Live chat has issues with some browsers.
