I bought a sky cinema pass in November 2017 -12 months for 55£. I can still remember that purchase was confirmed. Now im being charged 9.99 each month and when checked with cusotmer service through chat they are telling me that offer was not applied.
Why wasi not emailed in the first instance if offer wasnt applied? Is it customer's responscibility to renew an offer code? If yes why there were no clear instrucitions?
Can someone apply the offer now?

You should have got an email confirming your offer if it had applied correctly

No i didnt get any email and moreover i was not aware that a code has to be applied after purchse.
This is like a day light robbery where they entice customers and then give a lame excuse why that offer is not valid.
