Hi

I bought a now tv stick, with 1 months sky sports, when I've registered it, my voucher was automatically added, which for obvious reasons I did not want to use at the moment, I know live chat is not available now but their isn't an option to email, was wondering if anyone could help with this, would like to use the pass when their is actually sport on.

The pass won't expire until 2099, so you should be OK to use it when sport resumes.

As the one month sports pass automatically started and is saying your next payment is in June ?

Or when you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers there is a link towards the top of the screen page saying there is a voucher saved for you ?

It's automatically started, saying my next payment will be taken on june the 2and, I thought when I registered the stick that I would be able to keep the code until I wanted to use it.
