I recently took advantage of this offer when I signed up as a new NowTV broadband customer.
This was such a confusing process. When I attempted to buy a pass during sign up, I got an error. Then I was told to expect a code via email which never arrived.
Customer services issued me a code only for me to discover this code doesn’t work.
5 failed live chats later, no reply to my email, I’m stuck with an active broadband service but no Sky Sports.
Anyone else have a massive headache with this offer?
