I purchased a new 4K NowTV box which I added on 01-03-19 as that was the earliest I could do so.
The package came with 1 month entertainment, movies & kids plus 1 day sports pass already installed on the box.
The movies and kids are fine but the entertainment pack has gone off today after only 10 days!
Can anyone think why this would happen?
