Apologies - this has been posted twice because I kept getting error messages - and I can't see how to delete the duplicate.
I bought a 12 months Entertainment' 'stack' (as it seems to be called), got an email receipt/confirmation, the payment is showing as a recent payment on my Now TV account, my credit card has been charged, but no voucher is credited to the account - it's asking me to sign up for a free trial if I want to watch.
Live chat is not available so what can I do?
