When you signed up to NowTV Broadband online did you opt for the additional twelve months half price movies ?
If so and you haven't received an email with a link or code to add to your account, then have you checked My Account > Passes & Vouchers and Bills & Payments whilst signed in on here with the account details used for your Broadband order to see if there is any sign of this half price cinema pass.
Should there be no email or indication that this offer has been automatically added to your account, then i would advise you contact live chat for assistance & help.
