Now broadband offer (50% off cinema)

Just signed up for Now broadband and have received an order confirmation. I have yet to receive the email containing the 50% off and was under the assumption this would come at the same time as the order confirmation?

Could someone let me know when this is supposed to arrive? I might just be being impatient but would like to use it asap 😉
