Free months after cancelling pass offer

I recently cancelled my pass and was offered 3 months free, for both entertainment and cinema, I accepted but have now noticed they're not free at all, and I'm expected to pay 4.80 pm for cinema and 3.60 for the entertainment, now I know that's an OK reduction but it clearly said have 3 months free on us. Obviously now I can't chat with anyone about it, where can I go?

I received a email asking me to restart my entertainment pass and get 3 months for the price of 1. When I attempt to restart the pass the offer is not there and I am told I will be charged £8.99 a month. Any idea how I get this offer?

It happened to me. I raised a complaint and eventually got a free 3 month pass.
