Cinema pass doesn’t work. Please help

Hi, I purchased a £20.00 Now stick and set it up yesterday. I got a cinema pass, but going on today to use it it’s asking me to pay or get 7 days. The stick was to give me 1 month cinema and entertainment. 

Does anyone know how to get the pass back to add to my account?

Did the passes come in voucher form? 

Apologies I have not purchased a stick with passes so I am purely guessing here. 

As you should hopefully be able to apply them as a voucher to your account.

Sadly no. When you plug the usb stick in the first time a code comes up, that you have to enter. I assumed once that happened that it was. In hindsight I should've written it down
