Entertainment Pass not appearing on Account

Hi everyone,

 

I purchased an entertainment pass two weeks ago, which was debited to my back account. I received a receipt for the purchase saying it was ready to go. 

 

However, when I log onto NowTV on any of my devices (Macbook, iPad, iPhone), my account description says that I have ano passes, and prompts me to purchase an entertainment pass. Do I need to do something to properly activate it, and if not is there a way of applying for a refund for my duff pass?

Go into your NowTV account, on the Safari browser, not on the app, and go to your Passes and vouchers section.

 

Can you see the Entertainment Pass there, either as an entry under Entertainment showing a future ‘Next Renewal’ date, or possibly above that, as a voucher you have yet to Redeem?

 

If the latter, then Redeem it, and you should then be able to watch with your Entertainment Pass.

 

If it really isn’t there, though, then go to the Help and follow the path for your issue until either you find the answer, or you arrive at a place where you can press a button and get onto Live Chat, where you can discuss the issue with support staff at NowTV who are in a position to help you with this lost Pass.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
