Cinema deal link not working

Hi

When I click on view my offers it takes me to a £2.99 cinema offer but when I click on use my offer nothing happens. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Are you currently on a Cinema offer with more than one month still to run?

That would prevent you taking up a further offer.

I found the same offer of £2.99 for 6 months when I went to select it it had disappeared and I currently don't have the cinema package

I took it to mean that it appeared in offers from My Account? Even so, the link simply not working is odd, at worst if you were ineligible it would pop up up with a "Something went wrong" message.

Another poster mentioned something similar, check that pop ups and redirects are enabled on your browser and ad blockers disabled. Or try a different browser.

Failing any of that, get in touch with the support team.

Try another browser or deleting the data and cookies?
