Now Cinema not working. It freezes in the 3rd advert before film starts

I have tried 3  different films

What device are you using?

What have you done to try and fix on your end?
Delete and reinstall the app?
Unplug both device and router for a few minutes?

As you mentioned adverts, is this for on demand I assume? If you get boost this will rid you off third party adverts from on demand content.

i have same problem just with movies using chrome on a chromebook and never had the problem before working fine on sports

Have you done the usual troubleshooting shooting with chrome devices to get it working?
