Morning,
I received an offer by email saying I could get the cinema pass free for 3 months which I agreed to. I was paying for it anyway. I’ve just gone to watch a movie and it says I don’t have the cinema pass, it’s been cancelled and now I have to pay £8.99 a month.
Was it false advertising or did I do something wrong?

Their system seems to be having errors not applying offers as described (or changing them after you have applied them) and trying to charge you for free months. I have just described my experience on a separate thread.
