I bought a 12 months Entertainment' 'stack' (as it seems to be called), got an email receipt/confirmation, the payment is showing as a recent payment on my Now TV account, my credit card has been charged, but no voucher is credited to the account - it's asking me to sign up for a free trial if I want to watch.
Live chat is not available so what can I do?

If no luck getting through, try a different internet browser with it's adblocker disabled.
I tend to use MS Edge when going to live chat, some people have mentioned that Chrome is a bit hit & miss.

For info it was the Privacy Badger add-on blocking it on my Vivaldi/Chrome browser.
