Broadband slow as ADSL

Broadband is so slow as though they have switched me back to ADSL.  Also cannot complain as the complaints section does not work. Website states their lines are open until 11pm.  Called then and they close at 8PM

Hey my Internet is due on the 1st of each month but I don't get paid until the 6th of each month last month i had 2 mouth to pay because I lost my bank so I paid it all this month do I get another 2 mouth to pay my Internet bill I need help
