Will we be charged

 my family had an offer for 2 months sky sports for a reduced amount but now its come back to full price and we have forgot to cancel the money is due to come out today can we still cancel today without being charged ?

When you go to the Now TV website, My Account > My Passes does it show the cancel button is greyed out and will not work under your Sports Pass ?

When you go to My Account > My Payments on the website does it say that payment has already been taken ?

I would suggest maybe contacting live chat on the link page below where they can check if the payment has been taken for this month, and if so explain to them what's happened where hopefully they can help you out.

Contact live chat from the link that i posted previously, explain to them what's happened and ask if it's possible to get a refund.
