Promo £1 for Cinema

@Hi. Do they have a customer service? I just grab their  promo. But when I logged in, and went for the cinema - it was asking me for type of membership. Does it mean I still have to pay for that ?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I went to the site, and when I click the movie I want I can not watch it. Its giving me options.

As far as i know the offer is sent out via e-mail to qualifying accounts

 

Email will be from Now and the title will be "(Your Name) , stream all these movies for £1"

As far as i know the only way to claim it is from the email using the email address of your Now Account , you can not claim it form the app/smart TV app/ Fire App/Roku/now Stick/box etc
