I've been using NowTV for about 5 months now (since August 2021). So far, we've had no issues with the WiFi, its been brilliant. But the landline has had issues. We originally had 'X' phone number, about a month in it changed without warning to 'Y' number. Recently, however, it has just stopped working altogether, I can't make calls using the landline, and when calling the landline from my mobile it is instantly rejected with a message saying 'number not valid'. I don't know how this can be fixed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
