I am being charged £5.99 and £11.99 a month when I don't use Now. I have complained this morning and got to chat with someone. They couldn't locate an account for me but my son had one, they then asked to speak to him but he was unavailable. They said try later when he is available and now all I get is Nowbot which doesn't answer anything. I am aware that my son has an account but he is paying for this separately. I want a full refund but I can't get answers from real people.
