hi i got an emaill saying id have compensation of quite alot on my next bill ive checked next bill and doesnt mention it wondering does it get added to account or my bank and where to look for it

Is it Broadband compensation and if so have a read of the FAQ on this link article about the credit or money owed.
When I get credit for a refund the credit will show on the top page of either My Membership and or My Bills and Payments.
It can take up to 30 days if it's Broadband related credit.
If there is no credit showing on the top of your My Bills and Payments page, click the most recent bill to expand the on screen information to see if any credit was used on the latest bill.
Other than that if it's been more than a month then get back in touch with NOW.
