Hi I cant get my info off my account even though I have 3 payments including sky cinema every month it says I have none.

If there is nothing showing under your online account either under My Membership or Bills & Payments, then is it possible you have created two accounts and looking on the wrong account ?
Go to all your playback devices and under the My Account section of each NOW App check the email address used.
Also check all the email addresses in your name for any email correspondence previously received by NOW to see if you have correspondence from NOW on more than one email address that you use.
