We are existing customer of Now TV, we moved house, an updated hub (TWO) was provided, and activation started today. The problem is we can not connect the TV to the hub despite the signal being strong and all green buttons lit up (mobile phones connected fine).
We have tried several times. Got through to customer services who basically told me it’s the TV that’s the problem. No previous issues with TV and Now Tv hub connecting. Seems odd by changing NOW TV hub to a TWO there is an issue! Any ideas?

I am assuming you are trying to connect your Smart TV over wifi ?
Where the old NowTV Hub was 2.4ghz only.
So perhaps try this on your NowTV Hub 2 which is dual band and when connecting to your Smart TV use the 2.4ghz Network on the Hub 2.
if that doesn't work does your TV have a Lan connection and can you run an Ethernet cable ?
