Hi, i was asked for my Now services password on a call today (sounded like offshore), the agent said without it they are unable to assist me. I rang back again and different agent said the same.
Is this correct verification protocol ? I dont recall being asked for my password before? Just worried in case i call an incorrect /scam telephone number?

No, you should have set up a security password when you registered.

LOL, no worries. If you can answer on all other personal details to confirm that you are the account holder and explain that you neglected to set this up previously they should help you to do so.
