I've been trying to sort this issue out for over a week now,I got sent 6 emails saying my now TV has been cancelled which I haven't cancelled it,but you have taken payments I've emailed,spoke to live chat,spoke to now TV broadband and no one is sorting this issue out,they told me to ring sky which I did and surprise surprise they can't help me because I'm not a sky customer so I don't hold an account with them,I only have a now TV box which i use on our main tv and opening another account with you isn't an option as I only have 1 bank account,which seems to have been ok for you to take payments but not supply me with a service.so as you can tell I'm getting fed up of being Boyd off and would like this issue sorted please!
