Hi new post here...
Basically my 1 year old got a hold of the nowtv remote and managed to purchase a sky sports pass! ๐ I have no interest in sports hence why I don't watch it but the money has been taken out of my account. My question is, is there anyway I can have the money refunded and the pass cancelled? It hasn't been used I only found out through an email that got sent to my phone thankfully, otherwise I would have been none the wiser! ๐๐

The Pin you setup on your account for movies sounds to me it's a Parental Pin and not the Payment Pin to prevent family members buying passes on your playback devices without your permission and knowledge.

If it's not a day sports pass, but a monthly sports pass then firstly go to My Account > Manage Account > My Passes whilst logged on here and cancel the month sports pass fully to prevent it auto renewing.
Also whilst logged in on here go to Manage Account > Settings & Pins and add a Payment Pin to your account to prevent this happening again in the future.
Then jump over to NowTV live chat (click the green online chat button on the link page below) and explain to live chat what's happened and ask for a refund.
