how the hell do you get help from a real person?

Does anyone know do they have a customer service number?

Good luck with that Barbara..this company is appaling..I've now ended my relationship with Sky altogether.

Why do you need to speak with staff and what is it for? Do you know that NOW offers TV and broadband?

Both are handled very differently, TV is live chat and broadband is call centre. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008 cannot get a real person on call centre for broadband set up. Waiting for router for 4 days now

The router is delivered by Royal Mail, did you not get a tracking number?

For the call centre info, make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
