Choosing Entertainment Packages

Would it be possible for customers to pick our own packages as I don’t use MTV or Nat Geo Wild, I’d rather put my money to use

It's about selecting your own channel's for the Entertainment Pass and the answer to that question is no, you are unable to select your own channel's.

Did you see the bit about the suggestion or has Sky told you to ignore customer suggestions unless your friend says otherwise?

No it's not possible to pick your own packages.
