Hi,
I have paid my bill on December 2nd for my broadband yet its saying I owe £36 and the wifi is down.
I have checked my bank statements and I have paid them and according to my statements I am up to date with payments...

Was you notified by email or was the overdue bill showing under My Account > Manage Account > My Bills & Payments whilst logged in on here ?
If it was an email then it could be an administration error on NowTV's part (seen this happen before).
Your best bet is to phone the NowTV Broadband Team (use the telephone number from the link below).
