I am sure I asked for my landline number to be witheld but it isnt. Using the 'chat' feature tells me there is a number to call apparently but the link doesn't work, so how do I get to talk to someone to sort it?

If you are logged in on here with your Broadband sign in details a telephone number should appear on the right hand side of this link page below.

Otherwise go into My Account > Orders & Appointments and click on the arrow either next to the scheduled hub Router delivery or the scheduled live activation date to see the telephone number to call.

Hi, thanks for that but just spent 10 minutes on the phone asking for the free auto number withold option.
Got told I have to put 141 in front and it will be witheld...(duh) and is a free option!
If I pay £1 extra each month I can have it happen automatically.
I pointed out that it should be a free option as offered on their own webpage. Waited for a while for them to check this, got bored, hung up.
To their credit, they called me back and credited £12 to my account to cover the cost.
