I am assuming you are seeing this message when attempting to watch NOW on your playback device.
If you can't watch any NOW content without seeing this message, then see if anything in this linked thread below gives you some pin pointers.

Also i am assuming you are not using a VPN ?
i would also check your Router IP address is showing a location in the UK by using this website tool below.
Should it be showing an IP address outside the UK (assuming you are a UK NOW customer) then see if switching off the power to your Router for around 20 minutes clears the fault.

Forgot to say if you are a NOW Broadband Customer and the fault is down to the NOW internet service and the middle light on the front of the Router is either off or amber and holding in the reset button on the back of the Router for 10 seconds doesn't help, then phone the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance.
