@Anonymous User if you look at the last few posts in the community, several people are reporting of a similar problem so I'd hazard a guess there is a problem at NowTV's end. Contact customer service via the link below

Hi @Anonymous User

There may be a problem at NowTV's end where i am guessing the roaming might have something to do with people reporting that they can't access NowTV because they are seeing a message you are outside UK (assuming you are in the UK.and not attempting to watch NowTV somewhere else in the EU).

Have a read of this linked thread below, where if none of the suggestion work you will have to get in touch with NowTV directly for further assistance & help.

I'm having these issues since 9th July, and guess what? Now Tv have so far been next to useless!

They expect the customer to do all the work! I've shut my router, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the App and nothing is working.

Does anyone else have any further suggestions?

Getting really frustrated now and the poor customer service!

What device are you using?

I'm using a SmartLG TV and my internet provider is Plusnet, I've called them plus checked my own IP address and they are both showing as the correct location in UK.

Everything was working ok on the 8th July but when I got up on the 9th July I was getting the Roaming error message.

Have you tried to set the TV back to factory settings?

@Anonymous User - No I haven't as I've already had a lot of disruption, do you think it might help? As Now are useless!

@Anonymous User if your TV is a WebOS LG TV, go to settings>advanced>general>location and check that Broadcast Country and LG Services Country are set to United Kingdom.

@Saint, just checking and yes, the location is showing as the correct postcode in the UK, but thanks for the suggestion.
