i have just bought a now tv stick i have takem it step by step i have added broasband info all seems to be fine the now logo is going round the tv screen as soon as it asks me to put my email address and password it all goes wrong i have read tips it tells me to sign out then star signing in again that should work but no way 2 yrs ago my husband ha a now tv box i think all hs information must still be somewere in the system ime afraid my husband passed away i never knew any details by the time i get up and running my 3free passes for a month can you please help lynn reid
