Got a stick that came with pre loaded cinema, entertainment and sports pass, did all set up right but no passes on account

Hard to know what happened here.
Possibly the Stick had been previously used, and someone had taken the passes off it; was it in factory-sealed packaging when you got it, or was it open or seemed to have been resealed?
Or possibly, you have set the passes up OK, but somehow got yourself onto a second account, on which they aren’t set up?
Or maybe you already had an existing account, so these passes have gone to the area at the top of My Account/Passes & Vouchers, ready to be Redeemed when your existing offers cease?
Or maybe you didn’t set it up right after all; you got offered the code, but didn’t/couldn’t input it on the website, and so on?
