Changing stick to other accounts

How do I change a now stick to another account it’s asking for the code that has all ready been used

Perhaps factory re set the stick by pressing and holding the small reset button on the stick for about 6 seconds.

Then when you setup the stick again it will show a new six digit code to enter from your TV screen on the nowtv.com/tv web page.

Resetting the stick hasn’t worked ? Thank you for the suggestion

Would have thought a full factory reset would  have sorted it, especially if you sell or give the stick away to somebody else in the future.

If the stick is still working on your account, what happens instead of pushing & holding the small reset button on the stick for more than 6 seconds you factory reset the stick by going into the menu settings of the stick, then select systems, then select advanced system settings, then select factory reset, then enter the 4 digit code shown on screen into the box ?
