Slow Broadband Speed

I don't know if there any report issues with the broadband speed but my speed seems to be really slow. When I do a broadband speed check, it says I'm only getting 12mps. I've tried resetting my router twice already but still shows the same speed. I wonder if anyone else been experiencing the same issue?

Update: I've spoken with tech with Nowtv and he did a line check and discovered there is a problem on my line which is causing my slow speeds. Luckily it'll be a quick fix and I should be back upto speed in a day or so.
