I've just made an account and got 3 months entertainment pass with McDonald's voucher. Though when I log into the smart TV box, nothing comes up except option to buy cinema set and movie options I can't watch ? Please help
If you can only see movies, then are you using a Youview box by any chance ?
Where the YouView boxes NowTV App only currently supports on demand movies and you won't be able to watch a NowTV entertainment pass with this type of device.
