When I try to watch my now TV it keeps stopping any programme so I can't whatch anything

It could be a number of things that is causing the problem of your NowTV box.
The first thing that i would try, is a hard factory set to your box (see below how to reset box).

If that does not work then i would check your WIFI and bandwidth speed on your router (see info below for more help).

If your router is in the same room or close to the NowTV box, you could also try running an Ethernet Cable between your router and the NowTV box which should give you a more stable internet connection.

I’ve tried all the suggestions mentioned and it still keeps cutting out. Ive only had the box 8 months can I return it?

If you believe it's the nowtv box at fault and not your wifi or internet connection causing the issue then maybe asking the retailer that you purchased the box from for a replacement.

I cannot watch a whole film because my black NOW TV box keeps cutting out? At least 10 times over a two hour film, I have tried every step mentioned in here, I have spoke to NOW tv and tries every step they have mentioned, I have even bought a booster as requested by now, at my own cost.... it’s still the same? I cannot access the internet on my phone if I’m watching a movie through now? Now tv has tested my download speed which they said was fine, it’s obviously not.....
