Do you mean music video TV channels or internet radio TV channels ?
There is no music video channels via a NowTV entertainment pass 😠.
Though if you have a NowTV box or Stick, then there is the Vevo App for music video channels or for internet radio music channels there is the Tune In App.
I tend to use Spotify for listening to music and if i am in the mood for watching music videos (more of a nostalgic thing for me) then i use YouTube.
Other than that maybe the music TV channels via Freeview if there are any music video channels left still broadcasting continuous live music videos ?
