Smart stick then smart box?

Hi All,

I was hoping to take advantage of the £15 offer for a 12 month Kids Pass, but as it's only available to new customers, the chat advisor said I could buy the £22 smart stick instead which is pre-loaded with a 12 month Kids Pass.  My question is, can I activate the offer from the smart stick on my account and then remove the smart stick completely and just watch through our smart box?  We don't like the stick because we can't pause or rewind stuff. TIA

That would be fine 

Just make sure that when you setup the stick you use the same account details has your smart box.

I am assuming you are aware that you can have 4 devices on your account with 2 simultaneous streams at the same time, just in case you want to use this new stick on another TV set in your home.

With regards to the live pause feature i am assuming you mean the live Freeview channels on your smart box, where the stick does offer live pause, but only for the live channels on the nowtv passes, where the stick doesn't have a Freeview TV tuner.
