Can anyone help my stick stopped working so I bought a new one 6 days ago, it said it would send me a email with a tracking number when it’s ready to dispatch but I haven’t got one and I can’t find an email for anyone I can talk to who works there as I am unable to use the phone, the money has been taken from my account for the stick and I got a confirmation email

Anything mentioned in either the My Account > Orders & Appointments or Message Centre whilst logged in on here about the scheduled despatch date ?
According to this link article NowTV state 5 Working Days to allow shipment of their NowTV stick or boxes.
