How old is your Samsung Smart TV and what is the full model number ?
Are you a UK or Republic of Ireland customer ?
Here's some information i have extracted from one of the NowTV help articles on their website.
The NOW TV app is currently available on 2015 and later Samsung TVs, except for Samsung Serif models, which don't support NOW TV.
How do I know if I have a compatible TV?
Just look at the model number – if there’s a K, L, M, N, Q or R in the middle, then you should have a compatible TV.

My TV is compatible – how do I get started?
- Go to the app store on your Samsung TV
- Search for 'NOW TV'
- Download the NOW TV app
- Lastly, sign in to the NOW TV app with your username and password and find a movie, TV show or sport to enjoy.
I'm getting error AS415
If you see the error AS415, it means there's a problem connecting to the Samsung server. Reset your router, and contact Samsung for help.
With regards to the NowTV Stick it is not free to customers and can be bought from places like Currys, Argos, Local Major Supermarkets such has Tesco, Asda Sainsburys etc or the NowTV website.
