What a mission..i have 6 months warranty left and my remote has decided to stop working..it connects but dosent work..how do i request a new remote under warranty .. there is no number..the website dosent help either... it says let them know but no where to let them know or request it ....

Hi I’m having the same issue and it’s infuriating that you can’t call Now TV to request a new remote?! It’s maddening! Paying for the service and can’t watch a thing because of the faulty remote. Did you have any luck with yours?
