Faulty remote

What a mission..i have 6 months warranty left and my remote has decided to stop working..it connects but dosent work..how do i request a new remote under warranty .. there is no number..the website dosent help either... it says let them know but no where to let them know or request it ....

Hi I’m having the same issue and it’s infuriating that you can’t call Now TV to request a new remote?! It’s maddening! Paying for the service and can’t watch a thing because of the faulty remote. Did you have any luck with yours?

Hey..yes i managed to speak to someone and have had a replacement sent out to me ... i managed to talk on a live chat with somone ..my device was still under warranty..is yours?

Can you tell me how you got through on live chat? There is no option once you get past device issues, it's so infuriating!
