I have had the stick for a week connected to Wi-Fi first day but hasn't since, shows network available with a strong signal but refuses to connect have tried rebooting and disabling pings but no luck.Received error codes 014.30 and 014.40.Case was escalated 3 days ago to the technical dept but nobody has come back to me.

Please can someone tell me what this code means and how I resolve the issue? I can't view any tv atm as I can't connect to my broadband, which is working absolutely fine.
