Entertains pass and new stick

I installed my new stick today and it won’t give me the free entertainment pass, can someone help please? Many thanks Donna

This has been happening to quite a few people.

If there is no message towards the top of My Account > Manage Account > My Passes whilst logged on here saying Vouchers Waiting For You with a link to redeem.

Then pop over to live chat for further assistance and help.
