We've been using a NOW Smart Stick for a couple of years with no problems could access all entertainment package programmes as well as content through the iplayer and All 4 apps. Two weeks ago switched broadband provider from Virgin and BT and also signed up to pay our Now TV subs through BT rather than directly to Now as previously. Got emails confirming our account was open. Now when we use the Smart Stick we can get to the home page, and even to the programme pages in iPlayer, All4, Sky shows etc. But when you click on a programme to stream it just goes black - on All 4 we get a message saying video unavailable. I have disconnected the router and unplugged the Smart Stick but no difference. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous User
Bit of a long shot factory reset your NOW Stick by holding in the small reset button on the Stick for about 15 seconds whilst the Stick & TV is powered on.
When prompted use the details from your Router and when asked for the NOW details use the new account details from your NOW BT TV account.

Hi @Anonymous User
Should my above post makes no difference, and you get a message saying something like "Sorry currently not available" when attempting to watch any NOW content then maybe try enabling File Sharing on your BT Home Hub Router.

If still no joy, what happens if you temporary test the NOW Stick on a different television in your home.

Thanks Schnapps - the reset seemed to work. Strange it seemed to coincide with teh change in contract payment - maybe coincidence.
