I have tv boost but for some reason it's not letting me watch sky sports on two of my 3 devices keeps saying account not recognised even though I pay for sky and watch it OK on my home device anyone help?

I think "device not recognised" is an issue separate from having the Boost. What device is it and have you tried resetting it and/or uninstalling and reinstalling the appropriate app and signing in again?

It was reported as ‘account not recognised’, not ‘device’.
This being so, I suspect that you are correctly logged in on one device, but are using wrong account details when trying to sign in on the other two.
Go to Settings/My Account on your ‘home’ device and look to see what the account name shown there is.
Is that the account information you are inputting on the other two devices? If not, try again with what you now know your account name to be.

Yes indeed, it doesn’t sound at all like a Boost problem.
But hardware, software, wetware - together we have all the bases covered 😛
