Starting out

I enter the code on TV onto www.nowtv.com/tv ant it prompts me to sign in. I do this, I confirm its me, them I get the message oops something went wrong our end please refresh to continue. I refresh and exactly the dame thing happens over and over.

make sure you type this address directly into your browser (rather than a search engine), and ensure the URL doesn't auto-correct and send you to NOWTV.com instead.

Wait a few moments while your apps update, then open the NOW TV app and away you go!

It defaults to www.nowtv.com/gb/tv. I go through the process enter my email address and password no problem. I am asked for the code from the TV which I enter. The screen then goes to www.nowtv.com/gb/tv/join-now. Which says oops something went wrong please refresh, I refresh but constantly get the same message.
