So I've been having an issue for two days where my now tv box has 4 spinning circles on the phone screen and cant progress through to watch any programs. I've tried restarting the box Resetting the box and nothing works! Just the same 4 spinning circles. I can log in and watch on my phone app so know the account is good. And have tried wired and wireless connections and the box states that they are good. I have seen that a few people have had similar issues but not reading many solutions. Can someone give me some advise on a possible fix

Is the spinning coloured circles only happening when attempting to access NowTV content on your boxes (does Apps such has YouTube still work ?).
If it's only occurring when attempting to access NowTV, then have you tried the search method on your boxes, where some people are reporting problems when using the NowTV App and can only access NowTV via the search route.
Maybe try steps 1 and 6 on this linked help article below if all Apps are not running.

Would have thought a wired Ethernet would have resolved it especially if you rebooted the Router has well.
Also maybe try a factory reset on your Router (even if your other devices are working fine over the internet).

Thank you for your response. I have gone though your points to look into and found reinstalling/redownloading the software appears to be what it needed I have everything back now. I will see how it goes
