How the hell do I upgrade - no contact number!!!

Been on the app for ages going round in circles trying to upgrade.   Completely puts me off using them.

Upgrade what?

If its the box then you can upgrade with a better specification Roku

If its Broadband then you need to call them

if its your tv account, ie you want a boost or another package then you do it via the website

For Broadband, 150 on your phone service.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
